    Experienced Mortgage Adviser

    As a Mortgage Adviser at Impact Financial Services, you will be responsible for providing clear, professional and personalised mortgage advice to clients across the UK. Your role involves assessing each client’s financial situation, understanding their goals, and recommending suitable mortgage solutions from across the market. You will manage the full application journey from the initial consultation through to DIP, submission, lender communication and completion, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience at every stage. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client care. You will work independently as well as collaboratively within the team, contributing to the continued growth of a Directly Authorised firm focused on quality, transparency and long-term client relationships.

    Requirements

    Experience in a Mortgage Adviser role within the UK.
    Strong understanding of current mortgage products and UK regulatory requirements.
    Ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly and explain complex topics in a simple and practical way.
    CeMAP qualification or willingness to obtain it after joining.
    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

    Senior Protection Adviser

    We are seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join our team specializing in advisory services for personal and business protection. If you have experience in the insurance or financial industry and a passion for helping clients secure their future, we invite you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    – Provide advice on personal protection products and life insurance, including income protection, health insurance, and critical illness cover.
    – Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual client needs.
